Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to retain any breeding stock born on our farm at any time.
Buyer is responsible for:
Payment of deposit
Payment of full price for animal minus deposit
Any blood work, health tests, vet checks requested

All shipping and transportation costs of animal
Deposits are non-refundable and as follows:

Animals must be paid in full before leaving the farm. Cash only at pickup.
We sell animals that are healthy at the time they leave our farm. We are not responsible for their care after leaving. This is the buyer's responsibility. However, if a buyer obtains a statement by a vet within 48 hours of the transfer of the animal stating the animal was not healthy, we will exchange the animal for one of your choice we offer or expect to offer.
We do not give cash refunds.
We hold animals only with a paid deposit. All animals must be picked up at time of weaning or a boarding fee will be applied. If animal is not picked up within two weeks of weaning and boarding fee is not paid, you will forfeit your deposit and any monies paid toward animal. We do not take responsibility for an animal that is found to be infertile after purchase. We cannot control nature. Livestock listed as "bred" will be pregnancy tested at the buyer's expense. Livestock tested and found to be bred are guaranteed bred only by the date of the test of the vet. We assume no responsibility for the viability of the pregnancy beyond the test date. Abortion, miscarriage, and birth defects or other problems are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not warranty or guarantee animals. No exceptions. There are many factors in how an animal matures in terms of conformation, udder attachment, production, show abilities, or quality of their offspring. These include daily care and management, parasite control, housing, stress factors, and health care. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for how an animal matures after you purchase it from us.
